Grace Hounslow
Grace Hounslow is a Manager in our Economics, Reform and Sustainabilty team with Rennie, based in Perth.
Grace is passionate about working with organisations and their people to develop and deliver strategies that support sustainable growth, economic diversification, and meaningful social reform. She brings experience delivering complex initiatives across government, private sector, and not-for-profit organisations.
Grace is skilled in strategy development and implementation planning, with a focus on strengthening organisational capability and improving both internal operations and service delivery. She is adept at designing and facilitating collaborative consultations, applying design-thinking approaches to engage stakeholders and shape strategies aligned with organisational goals and client objectives.
Before joining Rennie, Grace worked in KPMG’s Transformation Consulting practice, PwC’s Strategy and Transformation Consulting team, and the Public Sector Commission’s Organisational Development division. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is a certified Professional Scrum Master.
