About the Role
As our business continues to grow, we are excited to offer a new opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Markets and Growth Officer, this role will play a pivotal part in executing our marketing strategy to support our firm's rapid expansion.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in delivering strategic marketing initiatives combined with exceptional content creation skills. The ideal candidate will excel in both executing strategic plans and producing compelling digital content for websites and various professional social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing and business development plans to support firm-wide growth.
Support go-to-market strategies and systems for use across the firm.
Drive lead generation and conversion strategies aligned with business objectives.
Build brand permission and awareness through the development of thought leadership content (blogs, videos, webinars) and targeted client communications.
Support and enable persuasive pitching and rapid conversion of qualified opportunities into client engagements.
Develop structured, insight-led interactions with priority accounts to deepen relationships and identify opportunities.
Analyse market trends, competitor actions, and marketing analytics to assess performance and inform strategy.
Monitor and manage brand reputation across digital and print channels to maintain a competitive edge.
Create, manage, and distribute engaging content for web, social media, email newsletters, and events.
Maintain the firm’s website and social media presence.
Coordinate internal and external events, including webinars and client functions.
Write briefs and manage external creative partners (photographers, videographers, designers).
Track progress and support uplift of capability in marketing and business development across the firm.
Partner with Service Lines to adopt and execute go-to-market and marketing initiatives.
Actively live and promote the firm’s values: one team, excellence, resilience, authenticity.
Undertake other duties commensurate with the role, as requested by the Chief Markets and Growth Officer or CEO.
Your Experience & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within Professional Services
Proven ability to design and execute strategic marketing and business development plans.
Exceptional content creation skills with experience producing high-quality digital content
Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, Canva, and other publishing software
A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication, including adaptable copywriting and proofreading.
Experience in email marketing, social media management, and analytics.
Outstanding editing, proofreading, and attention to detail
A creative, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas
Demonstrated project management and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and offering creative solutions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
A proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
A degree or diploma in Marketing is desirable but not essential.

Your Opportunity
We are now seeking applications for Managers, Senior Managers or Associate Directors with strong experience in the energy sector to join our Strategy service line, based in Melbourne or Sydney.
You will be responsible for the effective engagement management across the lifecycle, ensuring high quality client communications and deliverables and overall engagement health. You will also be strongly involved in building client relationships, leading to identifying and closing business development opportunities.
Previous consulting experience is essential.
Your Experience & Qualifications
4-10 years of consulting experience (depending level), ideally in a top tier consulting practice focused on the energy sector, or a directly relevant energy sector role.
Strong experience providing strategy services across a range of strategy topics, including market scans, strategy reviews, competitor assessments, growth strategy, etc.
Self-motivated, highly proactive, a team player, and having a resilient attitude.

We are now seeking applications for high-caliber Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our growing national Strategy team.
You will be part of a strong team with a focus on excellence and client service, in an environment of learning and development. You will be responsible for leading structured problem solving, undertaking high-quality research and analysis, developing powerful insights which add value to our clients, and presenting findings to support client engagements and business development.
This is a full-time position based in Melbourne.
Your Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong modelling skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in the energy/electricity sector is a plus.
1-5 years of consulting experience, ideally in a top tier strategy consulting practice.

Your Opportunity
This role is tasked with helping to lead and grow Rennie’s Strategy service line, with a focus on growth into adjacent sectors. This may include mining, infrastructure, industrials, water, energy, health, human services and government. This role includes developing a strong brand in the market, actively originating a healthy sales pipeline, leading the provision of strategic and commercial advisory services, leading a team of people, and living the values of the firm. This role may be based in any of our offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth.
The expectations of a Director or Executive Director within Rennie are set out in the firm’s Executive performance management and KPI framework. The core KPIs for this role include achievement of sales target, effective delivery of client engagements and employee and client satisfaction.
Your Experience & Qualifications
10 years (15 years for Executive Director) of consulting experience, ideally in a top tier consulting and transaction advisory practice, or a directly relevant industry or government role.
Strong experience in one or more relevant sectors, which could include mining, infrastructure, industrials, water, energy, health, human services and government.
