Leah Horsley
Leah is a Consultant in our Business and Technology Advisory team, based in Perth.
Leah has experience working across both transformational delivery and change, and sourcing and procurement functions. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Criminology (Criminal Behaviour).
Leah’s experience includes supporting large-scale programs across utilities and government agencies, focusing on program management and coordination, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. She has contributed to the end-to-end procurement process, including market analysis, vendor evaluation, RFP development, and the creation of tools and frameworks to guide strategic sourcing decisions and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
