Nick Yeo
Nick is an Executive Director with Rennie, based in Perth.
In his career spanning Australia and Asia, Nick has become a trusted advisor to corporates, entrepreneurs and shareholders of successful businesses, undergoing periods of significant change in strategy or ownership. Nick has successfully led complex cross-border transactions and resolved key strategic issues across several industry sectors, including natural resources, industrials, mining services, engineering and construction, food, and financial services.
Prior to Rennie Advisory, Nick was a Partner at Deloitte's Corporate Finance Advisory practice and a Director at KPMG's M&A Advisory business. Nick commenced his career as an electrical engineer in the resources industry.
Nick holds a Masters degree of Applied Finance & Investment and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Commerce
