Wayne is an Associate Director with Rennie, based in Sydney.
Wayne is an Associate Director with over 25-years’ experience ranging from energy and commodities markets, financial and credit risk assessment and into technical and ESG risk assessment for project investors.
Wayne’s experience spans project and corporate financing, sustainability-linked finance transactions and advice to government on Grant funding to innovative energy industries. Wayne transforming technical and ESG risks into actionable decisions for buyers, sellers and financiers of complex projects across renewable & thermal generation, energy storage, fossil fuel, hydrogen and sustainable fuels.
Wayne holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, and Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours, focussed on derivative valuation) from the ANU.
