Michael is an Associate Director with over 15 years in operational, leadership and advisory roles across the private and public sectors. Michael’s experience spans asset-intensive industries such as defence, energy, infrastructure and transport. He specialises in contract performance management, governance, operating model design and workforce strategy in highly-outsourced environments. Michael holds a Master of Business from the University of NSW, a Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Queensland and a Diploma of Project Management.
