Prior to joining Rennie Partners, Gavin was Director of Client Strategy and Transformation at Deloitte, where he led national initiatives across client experience, market and client insights, and strategic account planning for the firm’s largest clients. He also served as Principal Economic Policy Advisor to the Treasurer of Queensland, contributing to economic policy and industry development initiatives. Known for combining strategic thinking with practical delivery, Gavin focuses on turning insight into action, aligning stakeholders, and building the structures and disciplines required to deliver sustained growth.
