We are establishing Grid Connections as a fourth service line in our business, via the acquisition of the Australian, Malaysian and Indian licenses, capability and assets of Vysus Grid, a leading electrical engineering advisory firm specialising in grid connection studies, and we are delighted to welcome their team to Rennie.

Grid connection sits at the centre of that challenge, in particular connection strategy and feasibility, power systems studies, and commissioning and validation, which interface directly with the operational journey. This new service line links directly to, and will be enhanced by, our existing regulatory, commercial and strategic limbs to provide a deeper and more insightful client service experience.

The team has advised on over 280 connection projects across 20GW of wind, solar and storage connections, and many of its alumni now work across power systems businesses throughout the Asia Pacific region.
