Job Description   

The role falls within our Strategy service line which is focused on helping clients to understand future scenarios, assess strategic opportunities, and identify strategic priorities to reposition for sustainable success. Key offerings include growth strategy; scenario strategy; net-zero transition strategy; strategic portfolio reviews; market entry strategy; market & competitor assessments and commercial due diligence.    

Your Opportunity  

We are now seeking applications for high-calibre Graduates to join our growing national Strategy team.  

You will be part of a strong team with a focus on excellence and client service, in an environment of learning and development. You will be responsible for leading structured problem solving, undertaking high-quality research and analysis, developing powerful insights which add value to our clients, and presenting findings to support client engagements and business development.  

Must be recently graduated or in the penultimate year of study and can commit to a minimum 4-day work week. 

Your Experience& Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.  

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  

  • Strong modelling skills.  

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  

  • Passionate about energy/electricity sector.  

  • Expert proficiency in relevant consulting technology tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word)  

  • Self-motivated, highly proactive, a team player, and having a resilient attitude.  

  • Experience with University consulting clubs and case study competitions.
