Arif is an accomplished power systems engineer with a proven track record across power system analysis and grid integration. Since joining the Grid Connections team, Arif has specialised in complex grid connection studies, managing compliance and assessment frameworks under the National Electricity Rules (NER) for large-scale renewable energy projects, including the successful securement of 5.3.4a compliance letters for major battery energy storage systems (BESS). He built his earlier career with leading global consultancies, including as a Senior Power System Engineer, where he progressed through highly technical power system modelling and engineering roles.
