Prior to joining Rennie Advisory, Cicy worked as a casual academic in the school of Economics at University of New South Wales, where she engaged extensively with experimental, behavioural and development economics, contributing to both teaching and research-focused work. She recently completed her Bachelor of Economics (Honours) and Bachelor of Computer Science at UNSW. Her honours thesis focused on experimentally analysing defensive decision-making, reflecting a strong interest in evidence-based strategy and applied economic research.
