Emily Beames is a Senior People & Culture Adviser for Rennie, based in Brisbane. Emily is currently studying a dual degree of a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources. Emily has extensive experience in both the legal and human resources industries, having worked in variety of support roles across the past 3 years. Emily works closely with our Human Resources Manager to provide best-in-class support across the entire employee lifecycle. Her focus is in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement strategies, performance management, training & development, compensation and rewards, and ongoing stakeholder support.
