Emily is a highly experienced management consultant working with executive teams and their boards to solve problems, develop and implement strategy, realign organisational capability and engage with key stakeholders of organisations to improve operational capacity. Emily works with Public Sector, For Purpose and Private entities to co-develop solutions that ultimately lead to improved human service delivery and outcomes for all Australians and their communities. As part of her approach to strategy development, Emily works in partnership with organisations to clearly define the outcomes required in order to embed them into operating requirements supporting more sustainable implementation.
