Intisar brings broad project finance, capital advisory, and energy transition expertise formed across developer, advisory, and debt investment roles. At HIF Global, he supported the equity raise and development of an international pipeline of green hydrogen-based e-Fuels projects, including HIF's Tasmania E-Fuels Facility, engaging debt and equity investors and ARENA's Hydrogen Headstart program while providing wide-ranging commercial support across offtake, PPA, and feedstock structuring and negotiation. Intisar is well placed to assist clients through complex energy transition challenges given his hands-on experience in the emerging sustainable fuels industry. Prior to this, he spent over four years at PwC's Debt & Capital Advisory practice, executing corporate and project finance transactions. He brings further infrastructure project finance experience from a secondment at the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility (NAIF), and mid-market private credit experience from Global Credit Investments.
