Jonathon previously worked in EY's Strategy and Transactions practice in Brisbane, specialising in financial due diligence and advisory on transactions for listed and large private companies, both in Australia and internationally. Prior to this, Jonathon spent a number of years in EY's Assurance practice in Brisbane, and with Moore Stephens in the United Kingdom, specialising in financial statement audits and internal controls compliance. Jonathon has experience across a range of industries, including resources, aviation, software, travel and finance, and various types of transactions, including public listings, competitive buy-side and sell-side transactions, and financial feasibility assessments. Jonathon holds a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Business (Finance), and a provisional member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (due to complete Graduate Diploma in October 2022).
