Stephen is a trusted M&A and strategy professional with 20+ years experience advising boards, institutional investors and senior executives on critical, high value challenges across corporate strategy and growth, M&A, capital raisings, due diligence, valuation, sustainability, decarbonisation, business cases and operational performance improvement. Stephen's industry experience spans energy and utilities, mining, engineering, construction, industrials, building materials, transport logistics and technology. Prior to management consulting, Stephen was a Regional Operations Manager in the property funds industry responsible for the operational management, business planning and environmental performance for over $2 billion of property assets across Australia. Stephen joins Rennie from Mainsheet and prior to that has worked at PwC, AMP Capital Investors and in engineering consulting. Stephen holds an MBA (Executive) from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Sydney.
