He is also the director of an annual multi-sport event. He has worked across private sector and local government projects in Tasmania, delivering practical, evidence-based solutions that balance environmental outcomes with economic value. Tim holds First Class Honours in Environmental and Resource Economics from the University of Tasmania, where his thesis examined the economics of carbon sequestration through seaweed farming.
